Stir-fried Shrimp
I am with you with a wonderful holiday recipe. Aunt Melek prepared meatballs for us in the pan today, thus breaking the taboo for me to cook meat in the oven.
Karnıyarık lovers can find my other shrimp recipe here, and to prepare a slightly different recipe, you can find the recipe for cheddar shrimp here.
While you are reading this recipe, I will most likely be on the Ayvalık roads. See you soon with new recipes, love...

frying oil for eggplants
For internal mortar:
300 gr mince
2 medium onion
2 pieces of tomato
2-3 pinches of parsley

3 green peppers
2 pieces of tomato

1- Peel the eggplants, fry them in plenty of oil by making a transverse line. Arrange the fried aubergines in the pan.
2- Chop the onions and tomatoes for food. Saute the onion with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil.
3- Add the minced meat to the fried onion and fry it until the water is gone.
4- Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook until the tomatoes get juiced.
5- When the tomatoes get juiced, turn off the stove and add the parsley and mix.
6- Fill the mortar you prepared into the fried aubergines. Add 1 glass of water next to the eggplants.
7- Garnish the eggplants with tomatoes and peppers and cook them on low heat for 15-20 minutes with the lid closed.
I'm going to do it today, I'm very curious how it will turn out :))
