Glass Cookie Making

Fabrication:

The flour is sifted into a large bowl. A hole is opened in the middle and all the ingredients are added and kneaded until a dough that does not stick to the hand is obtained.
Flour is sprinkled on the counter and the dough is rolled out to 2 cm thickness, shaped with the help of a cookie cutter.
A window is opened in the middle (Bottle mouth, soda cap can be used. I opened it with the back of one of the shaped heads of the cream bag) and placed on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
The candies are divided into 2-3 parts and placed in the space in the middle of the cookie. You can use one color or use different colors.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 15.20 minutes until it is ready to separate from the paper. is cooked. It is expected to cool for 15 minutes. (For the sugars to harden)
And it is taken to the serving plate.

I tried this recipe, but there is a faulty point. When the dough thickness is 2 cm, it rises too much.

Hello, Nehir, of course, it will be hard in the middle because it is sugar, but it does not bother much because the sugar melts and becomes thinner.

My friend Nurgül too, I didn't like the cookie, it was a little different or I couldn't make it, I'm sorry, but I'm telling the truth, don't be unfair to other friends, they might like it.

Slm glass cookies look very good, but when they are baked, don't they look like stones, do they get hard in the middle while the cookies disperse in your mouth.

      Hello Nurgul,

I wonder why you don't like the lottery? Or if you share with us what is wrong, friends who will try can benefit from it.
