Focaccia bread
Hello Dear Friends,
Today's recipe is one of my favorite cooking. Focaccia breadAs you know, foccaia is an Italian bread. It is even rumored to be the ancestor of pizza. I've experimented with a variety of flavors so far, and my favorite versions are those with onions, rosemary and olives.
There are very few cheeses that go well with focaccia other than parmesan, and one of them is Mihaliç CheeseMihaliç cheese, which we brought from Bandırma, is a very hard and salty cheese, so it is not the kind to eat like breakfast. It goes great in salads, toasts and focaccia like in my recipe :)
The best part about this recipe is that you do the kneading in the food processor. Thanks to the robot that you run at short intervals, you get a silky dough without tiring yourself. The rest is a little tidying up and adding some material.
Those who are thinking about what to cook tonight, I think they should try this recipe with some salad.
Love…
