Cabbage Pie
Today I came to you with a recipe that is very different from the classic pastry recipes, but still delicious.
If you are looking for a light snack and also want to make peace with the cabbage, then cabbage pie is for you!
Moreover, it is incredibly easy to make. You can create a wonderful taste with just a few ingredients and simple steps.
But remember, rubbing the cabbage with salt and softening it is the most important trick of the recipe!

Ingredients for Cabbage Pie Recipe
- Half of 1 small cabbage
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 small onion
- Quarter bunch of parsley
- Quarter bunch of dill
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 water glass flour
- Salt and pepper
- Black cumin for topping
Fabrication:
- Finely chop the cabbage and onion, grate the carrots, and chop the parsley and dill.
- Put the chopped cabbage and onion in a mixing bowl, add some salt and rub well. If the cabbage releases water, drain it.
- Add grated carrots, chopped greens, eggs and flour. Add salt and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle black cumin seeds on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 40 minutes).
- Let the pastry cool slightly after it comes out of the oven. Slice and serve.
