Ingredients for Butterfly Cake Recipe
For the sponge cake:
10 eggs
8 coffee cups sugar
8 coffee cup flour
(cake recipe for large round tray)
(half the ingredients for the small round tray)
Intermediate cream:
* 3 Cups of milk
* 2 Tea Cups of Powdered Sugar
* 1 Tea Glass of Flour
* 2 Desserts of Corn Starch
* 1 packet of vanilla
* 2 Egg Yolks
Between: Chocolate drops, banana.
Fabrication:
When the sponge cake comes out of the oven, it is waited for a while and the cream is prepared. Put all the ingredients except vanilla in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a whisk. When the mixture starts to boil, mix it once or twice and turn off the stove. Add the vanilla and mix. Make sure that it does not stick to a crust by stirring occasionally until the mixture is warm. The cake is cut in half in half circles and the semicircles are turned upside down. they are also cut in half and the lower layer is sherbet fanta etc. It is moistened with cream and the cream is applied. Optional banana drop chocolate etc. The cake on top is covered with the cream and it is also wetted. The butterfly's head is made by cutting half circles from the middle of the straight edges. I used a straw to decorate the cake with cocoa, food coloring, coloring, cake decorations, chocolate sauces etc… I also used a straw for the antennae. you can decorate according to your imagination and the material you have ;)

You didn't write baking powder in the sponge cake. Is it 2 packages for the big tray?
