I had a weekend full of fun, lots of food and lots of sightseeing. We decided to have a picnic in Kuzguncuk with our friends on Saturday (I will stay at home again this week).   • 1 cup of buckwheat
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 2 roasted red pepper
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • Quarter bunch of parsley
  • salt
  • Red pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • pomegranate

How to Make Wheat Salad Recipe?

  1. Boil the wheat in plenty of water until it bursts slightly and becomes soft.
  2. Strain the boiled wheat, rinse it with water and put it in a deep bowl.
  3. Chop the pepper and pickle into cubes. Finely chop the parsley you have washed and drained and add it to the wheat.
  4. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup to the salad and mix well.
  5. Serve cold.

    Wonderful. I made this by using mayonnaise instead of lemon and pomegranate syrup as a sauce. It was like a different Russian salad!
