Buckwheat Salad
Hello Dear Friends,
another name grecka one buckwheat it is not actually a member of the grass family. I shared with you before quinoa It is a food especially preferred by vegetarians and dieters, as it contains high protein and low fat.
Ben buckwheat same as quinoa I use it for making salt like salt. Since the cooking time is very short, you can make a pizza or salad for any meal you want during the day.
Even 1 plate of salad keeps people full for more than half a day. (I tried it myself :)
If you want, you can boil it a little more and separate some and store it in the refrigerator for 2-3 days in an airtight container. Thus, instead of skipping lunch, you can prepare a practical and healthy meal.
I mix fruits such as orange, tangerine or pomegranate in this salad a lot. You can also try different fruits according to your taste.
Love…
