It is legendary with buckwheat yogurt and purslane. I added a little more freshness and crunch with the cucumbers I picked from the garden. You can add according to your taste.
Especially the life of purslane that has started to shrivel.
In order to extend it for 1-2 more days, only the roots in bunches
I put it in a container that will stay in water. They recover almost completely in 1 night. keep in mind💕

Ingredients for Purslane Yogurt Buckwheat Salad Recipe
- 1 bowl of yoghurt
- 1 cups boiled buckwheat
- Half a bunch of purslane
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
For service:
- Olive oil
- dried mint
- Ground red pepper
Fabrication:
- Mix yogurt, boiled buckwheat, garlic, cucumber and purslane.
- Add the salt and olive oil and continue mixing.
