Hello Dear Friends,

My Days with Usla continues at full speed. Our weekends became more and more fun because we started working with sugar paste as well as recipes from the world cuisine :) I have made a lot of cakes from sugar paste before, but it is much more educational and fun to do this job with full equipment in a school environment. You can understand how much I enjoy it when you look at my owls, the photo of which you can see below, which is the product of my imagination.

Cheesecake It has won great admiration for everyone who tastes it. So, I definitely recommend you to prepare. Now let's come to the important points cheesecake If you want the top of your pan not to crack, you should definitely cook it on low heat at 160-170 degrees. Cheesecake You should not open the door of your oven so that there is no temperature difference while cooking.

We used melted white cheese instead of labneh because it is more viscous (it is sold in a box just like a labneh box).

Last of all brownie dough Since it is quite viscous, it is sufficient to use greaseproof paper under your circle mold instead of foil as in the photo.

    Hello,
Since labneh is a yoghurt-based cheese, it does not achieve that perfect feeling in cheesecakes. Cheesecake, as it's called "cheese"cake, hence I will suggest the use of Pınar Beyaz or İçim Fresh Cheese. We use Philadelphia cheese. Labneh has a completely different texture, a completely different chemistry. You will immediately notice the difference. love.

I made the Meraba recipe yesterday, it was delicious. I made the cheese part as you said, but it was very liquid in my opinion. I wonder if it must have been so. What is your suggestion for better result next time. Thanks in advance.

I just tried the recipe, it really tasted very good, even the warm state was very delicious, I cooked it at 170 degrees for 50 minutes, it was not very browned, I didn't keep it in the oven longer because I was afraid I would burn it. Next time I try, I'll cook it longer, the labneh was a bit thick indeed, but, just for the sake of it :)) thank you very much for this nice recipe…

Ms. Nilay, what have you done… It was obvious from the photo that it was already delicious, but I did it last night… the word “delicious” is scarce… Good luck to you, I follow you all the time, I hope we will continue to follow you for many years. I wish you continued success.

I was very upset; For the first time, such frustration in a recipe; the cheese part was not even 3/1 of the brownie part, it didn't even cover the brownie cheesecake, only 400 gr labneh is very, very little. Even if 150 g of sugar and 2 eggs are added, it's about a handful, isn't there a shortage? You poured it very slowly so that the brownie wouldn't mix while pouring it, but it was still mixed in places.

Can you check it again, can you give the recipe or the glass size?

Hello Elif, I tried the recipe many times before and I always got the same result. Many people also tried social networks, and all of them shared their photos and expressed their satisfaction. For the cheesecake part, I wonder “whisk the cheese, sugar and vanilla. Once the sugar has melted, add the eggs one by one. When all the eggs are mixed, pour the mixture you prepared on the brownie base.” Did you skip that whipping part? The cheese should rise, if you don't whip it properly, it's normal to have a problem. Maybe the problem was caused by the cheese, unfortunately, I don't know.

You said cup size, you need to use a scale while preparing this recipe, if you can't get it with gram measurements, you can't use a glass at all. Yours sincerely

Ms. Nilay, I made your recipe and it was very delicious. But the chessecake rose and then blew out, leaving a thin layer on top of the cake. What can I do to make sure it doesn't go off?

When we pour the brownie dough into the mold, do we pour the cheesecake mixture on the base without cooking the brownie base? Will they both cook at the same time or will we cook the brownie base a little bit first?
