Ingredients for Brownie Recipe

6-8 persons

* 1 cup (237 ml) 70% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces by hand
* 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
* 3 eggs * 1/2 cup granulated sugar
* 1 pinch of salt
* If there is no vanilla plant, 1 sachet (5 g) of vanilla sugar, which is sold ready-made
* 1/2 cup of white flour
* 2 handfuls of walnuts, lightly crushed (the grains should remain large so that they come to the mouth while being eaten)

How to Make a Brownie Recipe

1. Place the tray with the oven on the bottom row and preheat it at 180 degrees.

2. Place aluminum foil in a heatproof container measuring 20X20 cm up and down.

3. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. The mixture you melt should be smooth but not boiling. 4. In a different and deep bowl, quickly mix eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt with a mixer. In the mixture, the eggs should swell well and take on a light color.

5. Add the chocolate and butter plums to the mixture and mix.

6. Add the flour and mix. Add walnuts and mix.

7. Add all this mixture to the bowl and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. If the brownie comes out clean when you insert a fork into it, it has reached its consistency. You can get it from the oven.
