Broccoli Fries
broccoli fries, A delicious recipe that can break all your prejudices against broccoli. same roast cauliflower like getting ready. It was one of my earliest recipes and now it was time to edit both the content and the photos.
When I had plenty of broccoli at home, I immediately rolled up my sleeves. A little bit of nutmeg got into this business. I recommend you to try this spice, which is not very obvious but adds a slight difference to the recipe :)

Ingredients for Broccoli Fries Recipe
- 1 pack or 500 gr. broccoli
- 2 medium egg
- 5 tablespoons of heaped flour (1 cup)
- 1 tea glass of milk (a glass of ajda)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- optionally, nutmeg with the tip of a teaspoon
- oil for frying
For service:
- 1 bowl of yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- salt
How to Make Broccoli Fries Recipe?
- Sort the broccoli into florets and wash them in plenty of water.
- Bring a deep pot of water to a boil, add some salt and boil the broccoli until it turns a vibrant green.
- Drain the boiled broccoli and let it cool by running it through cold water.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, salt, pepper and optionally nutmeg.
- Heat the oil in a deep pan.
- Dip the broccoli in the flour mixture and fry. Put it on a paper towel and absorb the oil.
- To serve, whisk the yogurt, garlic, fresh mint and salt in a bowl. Serve with broccoli.
