Hello dear friends,

I prepared this recipe at the beginning of last week, but I did not have the opportunity to share it with you. In our house, there is the problem of cauliflower, broccoli and brussels sprouts, which is in every house. I'm sure you all know very well what I'm talking about when I say problem. I'm talking about the fact that spouses and children do not eat these useful vegetables and even treat them as bogeymen :)

You prepare a wonderful meal, you prepare delicious side dishes with carrots and broccoli. At the end of the meal, you see that the meal is finished, but all the vegetables are left. Here is a recipe that will completely solve the broccoli foot of this problem, broccoli mash. Even my wife ate it so much :)

Yogurt Broccoli Mash

One of the skilful bloggers in our blog system Reyhan's Kitchen Thanks to Ms. Reyhan, the owner of the blog, I applied this recipe. He used more olive oil and smashed the broccoli with a fork instead of taking it easy like me. Therefore, it has obtained a more intense appearance.

You can also try this practical healthy mashed salad by adding labneh or cream cheese. If you serve it to your guests as appetizers, I am sure they will be very surprised and will love this taste :)

Love…

Ingredients for Broccoli Mash Recipe

  • 4 heaped tablespoons of yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional)
  • salt
  • black pepper

For optional top:

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 1 teaspoon of red paprika

How to Make Broccoli Mash Recipe?

  1. Wash the broccoli and cut it into 2-3 parts.
  2. Boil it in water to which you have added a little salt, until it turns green and softens.
  3. Drain the boiled broccoli and run it under cold water so that its color does not fade.
  4. Take the yogurt first, then the blockoli and garlic in the blender (if you want to add mayonnaise, you can add it at this point). Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and pass it through the blender.
  5. Take the paste you prepared on the serving plate. Serve with butter and cayenne pepper on top, if desired.

Apply this recipe to cauliflower by adding garlic raw without boiling it, it is also very delicious.
You can also try broccoli without boiling it and with garlic, I'm sure it will be delicious too.
    Yours.
