Soup is an indispensable part of iftar tables. When the time of iftar approaches, everyone takes their place at the table, and hot soups are distributed in bowls. We listen to the ball that will explode as its smoke fills us (although it used to be that time, every channel says it's iftar time for our city, but let's not spoil the ambiance :)

It is eaten with cotton-like pita freshly bought from the oven, and this pleasure does not change for anything. Since I explained it to you with honey, it's a super soup recipe from me...

Although it is a healthy vegetable, many of us do not want to consume broccoli (for example, my wife, if it were up to me, I would squeeze lemon on it), but you can make them consume these nutrients by playing with them a little.

Ingredients for Broccoli Soup Recipe

  • 1 pack of broccoli (500-600 gr.)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablet of beef bouillon
  • 1 medium potatoes
  • 5-6 cups of hot water
  • Half a box of raw cream
  • 2 spoonful butter
  • black pepper
  • (You can add salt if the bouillon is less salty)

How to Make Broccoli Soup Recipe?

  1. Finely dice the onion and potato. Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
  2. Melt the butter in the saucepan, put the onion in the saucepan and fry it until it turns pink.
  3. Add the potatoes and broccoli and fry for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add water to the roasted vegetables and boil them until all the vegetables are soft.
  5. Add the cream to the boiled vegetables and mix.
  6. While the pot is on the stove, blend it until all the ingredients are broken down and boil for another 10 minutes.
  7. Divide your soup into bowls and serve with pieces of broccoli or sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.

You can use broth instead of bouillon, but you should definitely use cream.

I tried your soup and it was great. It's even more delicious when you add cheese to it.

Hello Andaç Bey, since there is no flour and milk in the recipe, it is not written when to add it. If you try it with the ingredients written in the recipe, you will. Thanks.
