Ingredients for Broccoli Salad Recipe

  • 1 cup of boiled broccoli
  • 1 tea glass of chickpeas
  • Half a cup of corn
  • 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds
  • 2-3 pickled cucumbers

For the Salad Dressing:

  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

Fabrication:

  1. Boil the broccoli to remain slightly firm, drain and put in cold water. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers.
  2. Put the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well. Add the thoroughly drained broccoli on top.
  3. Add chickpeas, corn, pomegranate and pickled cucumbers and mix.
  4. Take the salad on a serving plate, add some walnuts if desired and serve.
