Brioche is a type of bread that is made in as many varieties as you can think of. Quite sweet and oily for a bread for our taste, but incredibly delicious. It can be enjoyed especially with fresh fruits for breakfast.

The recipe is amazing. I added hashish seeds instead of sesame and reduced the butter to 150 grams. My bread was amazing, even my mother-in-law liked it that much…

      Hello,

You whisk 1 egg yolk + 3 tablespoons of milk + 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl. When the fermentation process is finished, you apply this mixture on the swelling dough.

Finally, you sprinkle sesame seeds and leave the bread to bake.

I've been using another brand for 5 years, I can do all kinds of it, but I wanted to put sunflower seeds on it, I couldn't manage it, I learned it thanks to you, thank you. I didn't put it in the egg, what kind of contribution does it make to the bread. I guess it's not indispensable.
