Wholegrain Cookies
Hello dear friends;
Whole wheat cookies may seem unfamiliar to many of us, after all, when it comes to cookies, we all seek and want recipes that are rich in oil and soft in the mouth. Sometimes you have to make changes and try different recipes :)
These cookies go great with tea or milk. Thanks to the apricots and raisins in it, you don't need to add too much sugar. If you are a crunchy cookie lover, you should definitely try it.
The dough has a sticky consistency, so you can position it more easily after the kneading process is finished and you wash and dry your hands.

Ingredients for Whole Wheat Cookie Recipe
- Half a glass of raisins
- ½ cup dried apricots (diced)
- 3 spoonful butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
- 2 glasses of wholemeal flour or 1,5 glasses of flour and half a glass of bran
- 2 pieces of eggs
- Half a cup of powdered sugar
- 1 package baking powder
Fabrication:
- Add flour, baking powder, powdered sugar, vanilla flavor and all the remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl and knead.
- Cut off walnut-sized pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, three inches apart.
- After applying the same process to all the dough, bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (approximately 18-20 minutes).

I made this recipe a little while ago and now it's in the oven. but I had to add extra flour the dough didn't come together :( I wonder if I did it wrong :(

I really recommend it dear, there is only one kind of apple juice that I don't like, because it doesn't suit my taste :)
