The 200-year-old French “Passage de Petit” on Meşrutiyet Street

Ingredients for Tenderloin Skewers and Warm Noodle Salad Recipe
- 120gr Beef Tenderloin
- 1/6 pk. Egg Noodles
- 1 pc. Carrot
- 1 pc. Cucumber
- 10 ml. soy sauce
- 10 ml. Sesame oil
- 5 ml. rice vinegar
- Roasted Sesame and Black Seeds
- 5 gr. fresh coriander
How to Make Tenderloin Skewers and Warm Noodle Salad Recipe?
- We throw the noodles in boiling salted water and boil them.
- After peeling the carrots and cucumbers, we julienne them.
- In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil, mix with noodles, julienne carrots and cucumbers, and finish with a pinch of sesame and black cumin seeds.
- We cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices and skewer it on skewers, cook it in a pan with olive oil, then flavor it with soy sauce.
- Serve with finely chopped fresh coriander on top.
