Rich Chocolate Brownie
Hello Dear Friends,
I wanted to start the week with dessert :) I decided to share with you the brownie recipe, which I love very much and even cooked with my students recently, in a video. As you know, I have been sharing the videos of the recipes I have shared on my blog on my youtube channel for a while. But out of time, I rarely appear in these videos. The lead role is usually in my hands :)
I went to the camera at the weekend to show myself a little more to both my friends who miss seeing me and you, my readers. I hope you like my video and to my youtube channel you subscribe. Thus, I find the strength in myself to be in more videos.
This week will also be very busy, you may see my face in another good job soon. I will share with you as soon as the shooting is done this week, but you can also follow my instagram account for instant posts.
Those who have been following for years know cup measurement, but beginners can also see the dimensions of the cup in the video.
Let me state it again so that there is no question mark in your mind. We do not use baking powder when making brownies. In fact, unlike normal cakes, we do not want eggs and sugar to rise.
This recipe is ready with the same amount of walnuts.
Huge love…

How to Make Rich Chocolate Brownie Recipe?
- Chop the butter while it is cold. Leave it on the counter until it comes to room temperature and softens.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie.
- When the chocolate melts, add the butter at room temperature and stir until the butter is completely melted.
- Crack the eggs into the whisking bowl, add granulated sugar and mix, taking care not to fluff. Melt the granulated sugar as much as possible.
- Add the sifted cocoa and flour to the bowl where you whisked the egg and sugar and mix with the help of a spatula until there are no lumps.
- When fully mixed, add the butter and chocolate mixture and continue mixing with the help of a spatula.
- Add 1 cup of hazelnuts and mix again. (reserve a little for the top if desired)
- Grease and flour a medium baking dish or pan (shake off excess flour).
- Pour the brownie batter into the baking dish, smooth the top with a spatula and sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts.
- Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes.
- Let your brownie come out of the oven until it comes to room temperature. Serve by slicing.
