Blueberry (Likapa) Muffin
After working without vacation for the last 2 weeks, I decided to work from home instead of going to the office on Wednesday. My feet took me to the kitchen for some reason when I said I would do my work and take some time for myself during the day :)

After a long time, I decided to make a cake again, and when I searched my wire cabinet and found dried blueberries (likapa), I was even more delighted. I took my computer to the kitchen table, I did my work and I made muffins and jujube jam. Jam recipe and story will be with you soon.

Ingredients for Blueberry (Likapa) Muffin Recipe
3 pieces of eggs
half a glass of milk
1 water glass measure of oil
1 cup powdered sugar
1 pack of vanilla
1 package baking powder
1 cup dried blueberries
2,5-3 glasses of flour
Fabrication:
Beat 1 to 3 eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is white.
2- Add half a glass of milk, oil and vanilla and mix until completely mixed.
3- Add the sifted flour, vanillin and baking powder.
4- When you get a smooth and fluid dough, add dried blueberries and mix gently.
5- Place the muffin papers in the mold. Divide the dough into paper cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
My wife makes cakes, pastries, and pastries in the fan part of the oven. In the user manual, it is done in the fanless part, in the fan part, usually juicy dishes, etc. recommended.. what is your suggestion?

but my cupcake papers aren't that jolly?!?!?! :) it's so good… I love blueberries, it's amazing! I added it to the last salad too… delicious taste! It's like jelly beans, even in a cake!
