Blondie Brownie – Blonde Cake

When I decided to close the week with a blonde and black berry version of my favorite brownie recipe, I never expected the result to be this delicious :)
It turns out that I was waiting for black mulberries to cook this delicious recipe that I wanted to add to the blog :) While preparing this recipe, you can add hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, jam or fresh fruit like mine. Black mulberry lovers can also use the easy black mulberry syrup that I shared the other day :)

Ingredients for Blondie Brownie – Blonde Cake Recipe
- 1 cup of butter 155 g
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate 90 g
- 1 glass of flour 115 g
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of granulated sugar 180 g
- 1 glass of black mulberry 120 g
How to Make Blondie Brownie – Blonde Cake Recipe
- Melt the butter and add the sugar and mix for 5-6 minutes until the sugar begins to melt.
- Add the eggs one by one and continue mixing.
- Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and mix. Finally, add the flour and mix.
- When the dough is well mixed, line a small square or rectangular baking dish with greaseproof paper.
- Pour the dough mixture into the mold, lay the berries on top of the cake batter.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 minutes, reduce the temperature of the oven to 150 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Slice your blondie cake out of the oven when it comes to room temperature and serve.
