    dear nila
I use silicone muffin tins and the result is always muffins that look like they are wet with the edges and feel as if they are not cooked. I wonder if I can't do it or is there a problem with the mold?

      Hello dear Kitchen Friend,

Do you grease the muffin tins?

Or if you are oiling, do you sprinkle flour on it and shake off the excess oil and flour? If you write a little more, I will write something clearer.

      Yours ..

Actually, what I want is a soft dough, but the tart dough I make is always hard and falls apart while being cut. Normally, it is said that the tart dough should be hard, but what I want is a dough that will not cause problems during cutting. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hello Dear Kitchen Friend,

After cooking your pastries and pastries and waiting for them to come to room temperature, you can divide them into portions, divide them into freezer bags and store them in the deep freezer for a long time. When your guest arrives, you can serve it fresh by heating it in the oven if it is not in the microwave. Love…
