Strawberries with Chocolate Sauce in a Biscuit Bowl
Hello Dear Friends,
The first recipe of the week is the chocolate bowls I prepared with leftover ingredients from the Ramadan shoots :) For years, when there was any leftover milk dessert at home, I used to add some biscuits and make instant balls. This time, I decided to change the presentation and pour the chocolate sauce on the balls into the bowls I prepared.
I really liked this new presentation of the flavor we know and love. The Date Bonbons, which I prepared before, are one of the derivatives of this recipe, you can find the video recipe here.
Depending on the consistency of the supangle, the amount of biscuits you add may increase. Therefore, have extra biscuits, you will not need to add extra after resting the biscuit dough.

How to Make Strawberry with Chocolate Sauce Recipe in a Biscuit Bowl?
- Break the biscuits into a deep bowl with your hands. Add supangle and hazelnut and knead.
- Let the dough you prepared rest for 15-20 minutes.
- Take walnut-sized pieces from the rested dough and roll them in your hand.
- Dip the rolled dough into the coconut you have taken into a large plate.
- Make a hole in the middle of the dough balls that you have made into balls with your thumb and gently squeeze the sides to prepare a small bowl and place it on a serving plate.
- Apply the same process to all the doughs and place them on the serving plate.
- Fill two-thirds of the bowls with chocolate sauce, serve with sliced strawberries.
