Biscoff Flavor Cake – Ingredients for Paradise Date Cake

  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 1,5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1,5 cups of date puree
  • 2,5 water glass flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder (10 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
  • Half a teaspoon of crushed cloves

How to Make Biscoff Flavor Cake – Paradise Date Cake Recipe?

  1. Mix the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves by crushing them in a mortar.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices in a bowl.
  3. For Date Puree: Peel and core 1,5 soft persimmons, then blend them in a blender.
  4. Date puree , sunflower oil and sugar in a separate bowl ; Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the eggs and continue beating.
  6. Then add half of the flour mixture you just prepared to the date mixture. Mix from bottom to top with spatula. When it is completely mixed, add the remaining flour and mix.
  7. Grease the cake mold you will use. Pour the cake mix into the mold, just over half of the mold. 
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 165 degrees for 40-45 minutes. (Check with a toothpick or knife, if it comes out clean, it's done.) 
  9. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for at least 30 minutes, take the cake out of the pan and serve by slicing.
