I met Lukapu on one of the deals sites. I did research about it, in summary what I read was that it is an initiative that attaches great importance to customer satisfaction and has not lost its amateur spirit. This got me very excited. For my girlfriend's birthday, I designed a book about us since we met. The designer program is very useful and if you want to do something special, the book can take weeks to complete. I sent the draft of the book to Lukapu on 2 august, if you have a note you want to send us please write in the style box, my girlfriend's birthday is on the 10th of august and if they can deliver on the 10th of august I would be very pleased. Last night, I received an e-mail from Lukapu saying, “Your order has been shipped”. I went to the website and looked at my order, my girlfriend's name was written in the billing address section and my name was written in the delivery address section. I immediately called Lukapu, the lady who came out replied that the addresses you gave us are correct, the addresses seem reversed on our site, which we cannot understand. Before I could ask how, I had a question about the delivery day. The lady said, “If you wrote it on the box, it may have been overlooked. Then they called from Aras Cargo, you said it should be delivered on Friday, but we delivered your shipment, we hope there was no problem. I have never given a birthday present to anyone 4 days in advance, I can only thank this person who is more special to me than anyone else, for giving me this experience. If you want to gift special books that you want to be delivered on special days, choose the days when Lukapu is not busy because they will probably not be responsible for things missed or mistakes made during busy times. Did someone say customer satisfaction?
As a wedding photographer, I must say the album looks beautiful.
