  • 1 red bell pepper

How to Make Chilli Oyster Mushrooms Recipe?

  1. Remove the woody parts of the oyster mushrooms with a knife. Wash and dry with a cloth.
  2. Remove the stems and seeds from the peppers and cut them in julienne.
  3. Chop the onion into thin slices and the garlic into rings.
  4. Take the olive oil in the pan and heat it. Add the onion and salt, and when the color of the sauté begins to change slightly, add half the garlic and peppers.
  5. Add all the mushrooms after sautéing for 6-7 minutes in a fireclay.
  6. When the peppers and mushrooms begin to soften, add the remaining garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
