How to Make Pepper Bread Recipe?

Mix warm milk and sugar. Add the yeast and wait for it to become foamy. Then take the oil and flour into the kneading bowl and knead until you get a dough as soft as an earlobe.

Finely chop all the ingredients for the mortar, add the spices and mix.
Prepare and spread the yeast dough on the baking tray (waited to rise for about an hour), pour the mortar on it, and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the edges and bottom are browned. Serve by slicing.
