We returned to Istanbul this morning, and thanks to our early departure, we arrived home quickly without getting stuck in traffic. Even though our body was a little stunned, forgetting the humidity of Istanbul in the fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, we missed these places.

Practical Stuffed Peppers is a recipe that will definitely please those who are looking for a practical recipe that uses few ingredients to make stuffed peppers. The most important flavor enhancer in this recipe is the onion and tomato rubbed together and added to the ground meat.

Ingredients for Stuffed Peppers Recipe

  • 1 kilo bell pepper
  • 350 g medium fat ground beef
  • 1 cup of broken rice
  • 2 onion
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • 1 teacup of oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper on request

How to Make Stuffed Peppers Recipe?

  1. Wash the bell peppers well, cut off the stem with a knife and remove all the seeds. Lightly salt the inside of the peppers with your finger.
  2. Wash and drain the rice thoroughly, peel the skins off the tomatoes and chop them for food (tomato skins will be used as a lid for stuffing). Chop the onions for cooking and mash them together with the tomatoes by rubbing them with your hands.
  3. Mix the minced meat, crushed tomatoes and onions, less than half a tea glass of oil, rice, parsley, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill the peppers you rub with salt with the mortar you prepared, be careful not to compress it too much because the rice will start to swell as it cooks.
  5. Place the stuffed bell peppers upright and close in the pot. Put the remaining oil and cold water halfway up the peppers into the pot near the peppers.
  6. Cook on high heat until it boils, then cook on low heat after boiling. After half an hour, if the peppers are easily pierced by touching them with a fork, it means the dolma is cooked and ready to serve.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot with yogurt.

The simplest and most delicious dish in the world is stuffed meat. Both with olive oil and with meat. Whenever I don't want to deal with cooking or want something, I immediately hug stuffing. Yours looks great too. The above question is also unanswered, I will stand and write. It is correct to put very little water in the stuffing machine. If you add a little butter and a mixture of tomato and pepper paste, the problem of dryness will not be gone.
