Meatballs, meatballs and meatballs :) Nowadays, my daughter likes it very much, so she cooks it with a vegetable in one meal. I even prepare too many balls of meatballs and put them in the freezer. Thus, it is an incredible convenience, especially when cooking juicy dishes.

Of course, if you add spinach, peas or chickpeas in the freezer, it becomes the most practical pot dish in the world :) There was a fashion for a while to replace the lyrics with something, do you remember? Ingredients for Juicy Meatballs with Peas and Mushrooms

  • 400 gr peas
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • su

For the meatballs:

  • 300 grams of medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 small onion grated
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 pieces of eggs
  • 1 tea spoon salt
  • 1 tea spoon black pepper

How to Make Juicy Meatballs with Peas and Mushrooms?

  1. Knead the meatball ingredients and prepare walnut-sized meatballs and put them in the refrigerator. Chop the onion and mushrooms. Cut the garlic into 2-3 parts.
  2. Wash and drain the inner peas. Boil plenty of water in a saucepan and add salt to it. Boil the peas in water for 5 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a medium saucepan, sauté the olive oil and onion. Add the mushrooms and continue frying.
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the pot and fry for 1 minute.
  5. Put the meatballs in the pot, add enough hot water to reach the size of the meatballs.
  6. Finally and add the peas, salt, pepper and garlic, cook over medium heat.
  7. Serve hot.
