Hello Everyone,

I started my day by listening to Laço Tayfa this morning for extra extra energy :) Music has an incredibly motivating feature, especially if it's a little playful. I've already done most of my work with morning doping…

Let me give a brief summary for those who ask about my diet. If I didn't have a weekend getaway, everything would be great, but I'm trying to get it together. Yesterday, I unconsciously spent the whole day with the milk, cereal and fruit mix I ate in the morning. If we hadn't talked to my dear dietitian in the evening, I don't think I would have thought of eating. (Let's make an important note here: missing meals and not eating as much as eating too much is an obstacle to losing weight because your metabolism slows down.)

pea puree with fresh mint

It has been a week since I published the recipes I prepared with the peas I bought from the market last week. Tomorrow is Sunday again and I am determined to buy a lot of peas this week to prepare my latest favorite pea puree. I can keep the pea puree that I have prepared in excess in the refrigerator for 1-2 days in an airtight container and serve it with the meals I have prepared. If you are going to serve it with bread, you can add cheese and prepare a healthy and delicious lunch menu for yourself.

Ingredients for Pea Puree Recipe

  • 600 g fresh peas (400 g deep peas)
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • Red pepper

How to Make Pea Puree Recipe?

  1. Separate the peas from their shells and wash them in 1-2 waters by taking them in a strainer.
  2. Take the washed peas in a pot with cold water, add some salt, and boil them for 10 minutes after the water boils (If you find it hard or raw, you can boil it for another 5-10 minutes, but be careful not to lose its color).
  3. Add half a tea glass of peas' boiling water to the blender. Add olive oil, garlic, fresh mint, salt, pepper and peas to it, close the lid and shred until it becomes a puree. (If necessary, add the boiling water of the peas from time to time.)
  4. Serve on bread or with meat dishes, if desired.

Hello. What kind of dishes do you recommend with pea puree? For example, I want to cook steak with paris sauce at the cafe. Do you think pea puree would go with this dish?

      Hello Sedef,
It goes with meat dishes, but cafe de paris sauce is a heavy sauce, you can't get pea puree with it. You can prepare mashed potatoes if you want. Yours sincerely

You said "Let me give a short summary for those who ask about my diet", the summary is short anyway.
