“Brain Salad” is a well-known and loved appetizer that is not easily tried at home.

I don't know if it's the same for everyone, but the men of our family like brain salad very much. When the conversation passed yesterday, I decided to prepare it for ours.

Well, if you ask me if you're eating, I'd say never. Unfortunately, I cannot eat offal such as trotters, heads, brains and salting. I guess it's because I felt a strange smell like liver or found it too oily.

Anyway, whatever you do, you have to give justice to what you have done. If you don't throw the boiled brains into ice water right away, it won't look good on the plate as it won't collect itself.

This was my father's culinary secret.

Remember, if spouses and fathers love, it is necessary to cook.

Love…

After the brain is boiled, it is difficult to peel the membrane, so the membrane is peeled before it is boiled. Also, if we throw the whole onion in it during boiling, the brain will smell offal, and it will make the brain white and prevent yellowing.

Hello, I would be very happy if you answer my question. I don't know much, my elders used to make such menus in my childhood. I also tried the head soup and left the floor in the brain for the salad. Of course, I could not remove the membrane because the brain exploded while cooking. Is it still suitable for salad? So if there is zari, is it edible? Thank you from now.

Ladies, it is very difficult to peel the brain after boiling it, and it is almost impossible to clean it completely. However, it is extremely easy to peel the skin off before boiling the brain. For this you need to do; Take the brain in your left palm with the curved side up. With the index or middle finger of your right hand, grasp the membrane from the lower part of the brain and pull. The membrane will be ripped from all the folds without breaking. When the membrane is removed, the folds will be free and the gaps will open. Enjoy your meal..

Dear Nilay, if you remove the membrane without boiling the brain, it will look much more beautiful and white. I wish you continued success.

He is loved very much, and I am one of those who say that it will happen whether it happens well or not. The only grumble of these dear brains is their stubbornness to keep their membranes from peeling off. Bless their hands and their efforts, my dear Nilay...
