What is Bergamot?

Bergamot is a type of fruit belonging to the citrus family. Its bark contains essential oils and is used in many perfumes and cosmetic products. Additionally, bergamot oil is also used in aromatherapy and natural health practices due to its various health benefits. Bergamot is also used to enhance the flavor of teas and some desserts.

Marmalade and jam are among the most popular things after tea. In fact, although many people think of it as a leaf like tea, it is such a huge fruit :)
