Ingredients for Beet Bulgur Salad Recipe
:- 1 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 boiled beet + 1,5 cups beet juice
- Quarter bunch of parsley
- 7-8 stalks of spring onions
- Pomegranate Syrup
- 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt
- pomegranate seeds
- walnuts on request
Fabrication:
- Boil the beets. Take the bulgur in a deep bowl and add the hot beet juice into it.
- Cover the top of the container with a stretch and let it swell.
- While the bulgur is brewing and cooling, finely chop the greens and beet that you washed and dried.
- Add the chopped ingredients, beet salt, olive oil and pomegranate syrup to the cooled bulgur.
- Add greens and mix, serve with pomegranate seeds and walnuts.
