I made it according to the recipe in a book I bought about complementary foods. It was written 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar in 1 liter of milk. I added lemon juice, although it boiled for a long time, it did not stop. I dripped a few drops of vinegar at the end of 1 hour of boiling, and the recipe said filter the water after 7 hours. there is no cheese left, it has taken all of it, something different happened, does it do any harm, is it edible?
