Baby Artichoke and Pea Rice Recipe
Since the fresh baby artichokes are starting to emerge, it means that the time has come for delicious artichoke recipes. I haven't shot 3 blog recipes in a row other than brand works in a long time. It was busy today but they all caught up somehow.

Ingredients for Baby Artichoke and Pea Rice Recipe
- 2 cups of rice
- 3 cup of hot water
- Half tea glass of olive oil
- 1 spoonful butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks of scallion
- 2 baby artichokes
- Dill
- Limon
- Salt
How to Make Baby Artichoke and Pea Rice Recipe?
Chop the dried onion. Finely chop the spring onions and dill.
Fry the onion in olive oil, add salt on top. When the onion turns pink, add the washed and drained rice and fry it. Add the butter and mix.
Fry the rice until translucent, add the peas and mix. Mix in the fresh onion and dill.
Arrange the fresh artichokes, arrange the lemon slices and add the juice and cook with the lid closed until the juice is absorbed.
Leave the cooked rice to rest with the lid closed. Serve after 15 minutes.
