Bead Pasta Salad with Yoghurt

I simply adore the macaroni salad! Especially if it is made with bead pasta as in my childhood :) I am one of those who cannot say no to this practical salad, which is one of the indispensables of tea tables, for breakfast. Even if it's a day later, I'll wait for you to eat it cold for breakfast :)

Ingredients for Bead Pasta Salad Recipe with Yogurt
- 2 cups Our Bead Pasta
- 2-3 pickled cucumbers
- 1 glasses of yoghurt
- 1 cup mixed garnish
- 1-2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1 roasted red pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons of corn kernels
- Water to boil the pasta
Fabrication:
- Boil the bead pasta for 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the boiled pasta and put it in a mixing bowl.
- Add the yogurt, pickles, roasted pepper, mixed garnish, and corn kernels.
- Add the garlic, chopped parsley, mayonnaise and salt and mix.
- Let rest for 1-2 hours and serve.
