Holiday Chocolate
As another month of Ramadan is left behind, we welcome the Sugar Feast with joy. I, who have been wanting to make my own chocolates for a long time, finally rolled up my sleeves for you and my guests this holiday. You can make your friends happy by packing these beautiful chocolates or you can offer your handmade chocolates to your guests. For your special days, you can place an order from Mutfakalisverisi.com.
Happy Holidays and Love to all…

Ingredients for the Eid Chocolate Recipe
250 gr. milk couverture chocolate
200 gr. raw cream (1 small pack)
40 gr. unsalted butter
For interior and decorations:
dried fruit pieces
hazelnut
pistachios
filet pistachios
filet almonds
Fabrication:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and beat with a wire whisk until it has a smooth fluidity. Add all of the cream to the chocolate and whisk until completely mixed with the chocolate. Add the butter at room temperature to the mixture you take from the stove and whisk until you get a dense consistency. Take some cream from the mixture into a squeezing bag and distribute it little by little into the aluminum truff cups. Put one hazelnut, pistachio or almond in the cups in which you pour chocolate and add enough chocolate to fill the container. Before the chocolate loses its fluidity and hardens, decorate them and let them rest in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Serve in sugar bowls or boxes, if desired.

I watched the TV show on the net the other day, I was amazed, I'm following you every day now :) Can we use an ice mold or something instead of an aluminum mold? Thank you.. Chocolate is beautiful in every way ;)
Even though I try to make chocolate from time to time, I am not very successful. I weave melted chocolate into silicone chocolate moulds. I wait for a while and put it in the closet. They look pretty good when I first take them out of the mold, but after they stand at room temperature, they soften terribly and they almost become a liquid cast. so it is not possible to take it by hand. I use the coffee world's covers, I wonder if it will help if I try another brand... thank you
Where can you buy couverture chocolate, is there a variety you trust? Thanks for sharing..
I would appreciate it if you could share where you got these aluminum truff molds from... they're very different, I've never seen them before... that's your difference of course :))
Nilay, thank you for your interest, I took my mother-in-law and sister-in-law today and they loved both the plate and the truffles. It's incredibly happy that people like it, I guess they wouldn't be so happy if I bought the most expensive chocolate.
I would really appreciate it if you could tell me where the boxes are, but if your nuance is there, I'll find it anyway.
By the way, the jewelry block you entered from my page is not mine, I gave a link to a very close friend of mine. He does really nice things. Love
Hello my jasmine, I am also a doctor and I made both chocolate and truffles for the elders I will visit, I boxed them all and decorated them. I bought the boxes from the wooden castle, where I bought it somewhere on the street of nuance, but I can't remember exactly :( the boxes in my hand are almost finished, I will go again soon, I will find the same place and give you the address. Love...
Let me be the first to comment. First of all, I wish you a happy holiday. I made truffles to take to mothers this holiday.
