Stale Bread Pizza
A big hello to everyone on the last day of the week,
Another week passed in the blink of an eye :) The old people used to say that "the world's bustle never ends", they were right :)
There is neither a rush nor a shortage in this life. Days pass by while we rush to make up for our shortcomings. I'm one of the lucky ones, thanks to my blog, I make my experiences permanent for a bit :) The recipe for the pumpkin dessert or the mince pasta I made reminds me of what I went through that day, thanks to the notes I wrote :)
This week has been a very important week for me. I went from a troubled and tiring period to a tiring but enjoyable period again. I know I didn't reflect it to you but I'm waiting for your time :)
Let our bread be a reminder of this pleasant day :)
I prepared before paninis you remember. I usually put them in the freezer so they don't spoil, and thaw them when we're going to eat them. And the ones that go stale and hard while waiting in the refrigerator. bread pizza I started to evaluate. I usually use leftover cheese from the breakfast of the day before or from the cheese plate I prepared, so I don't waste anything.
You can prepare different pizzas that suit your taste from the leftover ingredients.
Love…

- 2 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 cloves of garlic optional
How to Make Stale Bread Pizza Recipe?
- Divide the stale paninis in 2 widthwise pieces (if you are going to use other bread, slice them 2-3 cm thick.)
- Mix the tomato paste, olive oil and crushed garlic and brush it on the bread with the help of a brush, put the slices on the tray or in my debit.
- Grate the cheddar cheese, cut the mozzarella into cubes. Finely chop the pepper, the tomatoes you removed the seeds from, the olives, the salami, the sausage.
- First, divide the grated cheddar on the breads with the sauce, and then sprinkle the other ingredients.
- Set the grill of the oven to the highest temperature, put the bread in the oven.
- Bake until cheese is melted and brown and serve.
It was very good, but the breads are very crispy, do you have any idea how I can make it softer?
In order for the bread to be soft, it is covered with eggs with milk or a mixture of eggs and water with yogurt and placed on the tray. Yogurt is more nutritious and delicious than milk, and salt can be added.
I made the leftover pita last night. I used bacon instead of salami. awesome.
Thank yourrr
Good luck with your hands :)
