Okra Fries
Hello dear friends,
We all usually make okra with meat or olive oil. Many of us generally shy away from cooking. I think this recipe will make many people who are not good with okra love to eat okra.
I think it is much more delicious than the okra juicy dish, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
To prepare this recipe, you can use large and light card okra that you see in the market these days. Thus, it will be easier to bread and fry. It is also an advantage that this type of okra is cheaper than the smaller ones.
How to make shock boiled before, together with the construction stages. I explained it in the culinary school section.
The process is quite simple, if you are going to use it from boiled or raw, you first find the material that you wash and let it drain into flour.
Then to the scrambled eggs and breadcrumbs, respectively. The thing you need to pay attention to when frying is to use plenty of hot oil. This is very important in pane recipes.
15-20 seconds is enough for the okras to brown, if it stays too long, it will have a burnt appearance.
I served it with garlic yogurt on the side and it was very good. You can also add tomato sauce if you want.
Love…
