new year cake

Ingredients for Pumpkin Christmas Cake Recipe

1 pack of whipped cream
1 teaspoons of cold milk
pumpkin puree

For the sponge cake:

5 pieces of eggs
3 coffee cups granulated sugar
4 coffee cup flour
1 packet of vanillin with sugar

For decoration:

sugar paste
food coloring
royal icing

How to Make a Pumpkin Christmas Cake Recipe?

Grease your pine tree shaped cake mold if you have it (otherwise, don't worry, you can cut your rectangular sponge cake in a pine tree kel.)
Beat the granulated sugar and room temperature eggs in a deep and wide bowl until the sugar is completely dissolved and the eggs are fluffy. Slowly mix the mixture from bottom to top and add the flour first and then the vanilla. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until it turns pink. While your cake is cooling, whip your whipped cream with milk until it becomes a thick cream. Remove the cake from the mold and divide it into 2, first apply your cover puree and then 1 layer of your whipped cream. Cover your cake with the remaining whipped cream and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Color the candy dough with food coloring in the colors you want. Sprinkle wheat starch on the counter and roll out the sugar paste with the help of a rolling pin in sizes to cover your cake. Serve the cake you covered by decorating it with pieces of royalicing and sugar paste.

    Hello there..

I want to ask something.. More precisely, I have to ask this question to a few blogger friends, but let me start with you..

Now, in such recipes, the sugar paste part is immediately skipped. But as far as I know, the sugar paste is the hardest part of the job. Making sugar paste is not an easy task. (The recipe starts with keeping gelatin in hot water…)

As far as I understand, most writers do not write sugar dough recipe specifically on their sites...

    Anyway, that's not the point.
Is there a simple recipe I want to ask you about this sugar paste thing? Or are you using the same gelatin recipe? I don't want the recipe, I'm just curious, if I try it, I'll try that recipe too. If there is an easy way, I want to research and apply it. I can even get help from a very close friend's wife, a pastry chef, but I can get help from her, but I can do a little research and tell her. I wanted to go..:) It's a bit long, but I wrote it clearly, thanks..

I'll try to answer your question as best I can :) left Click here to learn what happened to me in my first attempt to make sugar paste. Since I didn't have much time to knead and wait in my next attempts, I made my sugar dough ready-made from Ventura Patisserie's own sugar dough, so I didn't touch on sugar dough making too much. But this week I will try a new one, then I will gladly share my new recipe with you.

And as you said, I made a recipe with gelatin by researching it on the internet..

      Love…
