Pumpkin Cup

I have tried many different recipes to melt the zucchini stocks in my hand, but I still have 4 bags of zucchini (which means you will be as busy with pumpkin as I do in the coming days). We loved these cups as a family. A delightful recipe that you can offer as an alternative to the traditional pumpkin dessert.

If you don't have cups, don't worry, you can create a different presentation by using tea cups like me. Love to all…

Ingredients for Pumpkin Cup Recipe

  • 1 kilo diced Pumpkin
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • Half a glass of water
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 2 teaspoons of cold milk
  • Walnuts or chocolate chips upon request

How to Make a Pumpkin Cup Recipe?

  1. Chop the pumpkin into small pieces, put it in a saucepan and add granulated sugar and half a glass of water. Cover the pot and cook until the zucchini is tender. It does not need to absorb the water completely (it is enough to soften), take it from the stove and mash it with a fork or make a puree by passing it through a blender.
  2. While your puree is cooling, whip the whipped cream with 2 tea glasses of milk, first a little and then at high speed.
  3. Share a layer of pumpkin puree in the form of whipped cream cheese, if you have it at home, among the cups or tea nuts.
  4. Serve garnished with walnuts and chocolate.

    Dear Nilay;
    Your dessert looks delicious. I tried it 2 days ago. I used gummy custard instead of whipped cream. It's been really great. My wife especially loved it. Thank you dear for your beautiful recipes and ideas...

    Thanks, Aslıcım, when we say cup, people don't need to think of glasses and fancy cups, I wanted to show that we can create very elegant presentations with simple cups.

    Love…
