There are some tricks you need to pay attention to while baking this cake. The first of these is to ensure that the pumpkins you use are not watered too much, if they are watered, squeeze them and take out the excess water. I used zucchini that I threw in the freezer, I thawed them in the microwave to grate, maybe that's why they weren't watered down.
It will be better if you roast and prepare the walnuts before you start the cake, because while you are dealing with the cake, you can forget it on the stove and burn it.
Although the cake looks like a full cake in structure, it is quite light and moist. Before transferring the cake to the mold, oil it well and never remove it from the mold before it cools completely.

- 3 pieces of eggs
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (180 g)

- 2 cups grated pumpkin (180 g)

- 1 package baking powder

How to Make Pumpkin Cake Recipe?
- Grate the pumpkin and put it on a plate.
- Roast the walnuts in a thin-bottomed pan until the color changes slightly and show oil, and chop into small pieces on the cutting board.
- Beat eggs and sugar 3-4 times until they turn white and foamy, add oil to the raising whites and mix.
- Add the grated pumpkins and mix for 1 more turn.
- Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon and mix until there are no lumps.
- Finally, add the walnuts and orange peels and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Pour the cake mix into the greased cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes.
- When the baked cake is completely cooled, remove it from the bowl and serve by slicing.
