Pumpkin Hummus
Hello Dear Friends,
I've always kept the pumpkins I've been waiting for all summer to come, with my daughter switching to supplementary food in my kitchen. To the pumpkin dessert I already love it but in recent years from pumpkin tarator sautéed pumpkin I have started using it in many recipes.
I even used it in so many recipes that It even made it into my blog's famous top 10 recipe lists.
Variety to date hummus recipe I prepared it, but this recipe is really something else. The reason is the perfect harmony of the pumpkin with both chickpeas and tahini. anyway pumpkin and tahini I don't think anything bad can come out of the mix.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Hummus
- 1 cup boiled chickpeas
- 1 cups of boiled pumpkin
- 3-4 tablespoons of tahini
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- salt
For the top:
- pumpkin seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Make Pumpkin Hummus Recipe?
- Take the chickpeas and pumpkin that you have removed in the bowl of the blender or food processor. Add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, cumin and garlic on top and run at short intervals.
- Keep running the machine so that the hummus reaches a smooth consistency.
- Take the hummus, which has a smooth consistency, on a serving plate.
- Serve with pumpkin seeds and olive oil.
