Spicy Butter and Baked Fresh Corn

Last week, when I saw that the price of corn kernels in the market was 30 cents, I bought a large amount and threw it in the refrigerator. When I said it was soup, baked, appetizer, cake, I prepared a lot of corn recipes.
Baked corn looks just like roasted corn, a bit hard. The best part is that it absorbs the butter you prepared immediately.
You can also try this recipe by boiling your corn, but I don't think it will absorb the butter.
You can serve spicy or aromatic butter with your meat dishes or breakfast. Normally, its preparation is the same, but I will share a different recipe with you in the coming days.

- 3 fresh unpeeled corn
How to Make Spicy Butter and Baked Fresh Corn Recipe
- Set your oven to 180 degrees. Place the unpeeled corn on the oven grate.
- Peel the corn, which you have baked for 45 minutes, remove the tassels and serve with butter.
Spicy Butter Ingredients:
- 100 g butter
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch finely chopped basil
- 4-5 drops of lemon juice
- salt
- black pepper
- Red pepper
How to Make Spicy Butter and Baked Fresh Corn Recipe
- Take the cold butter in a bowl. Add the crushed garlic, lemon juice, finely chopped basil and spices and knead with your fingers. Cover the softened butter with cling wrap and put it in the refrigerator.
- When you use it, take it out of the fridge and serve it with your meals.
