Hello Dear Friends,

I have a delicious recipe for Sunday. This time, almond pare is not because of its shape, but because it contains almond flour :)

As you know, making almond flour desserts is a little more distracting than normal. If you like kneading, this dessert is for you :)

Another important point is to rest well. Oil the tray well and after pouring the syrup, wait for it to rest for at least 1-2 hours, pulling it out completely. If you move it, you may cause it to melt.

Almond flour and mastic flavor go well together. I definitely recommend you to try it.

Love…

  • 100 g butter
  • 3 water glass flour
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 whole egg
  • an egg yolk to brush on

How to Make Almond Dessert Recipe?

  1. For the syrup, boil sugar and water, cook on low heat until it thickens. When it thickens, add lemon juice and boil for 1 more minute and remove from the stove.
  2. Take the flour in a mixing bowl, add almond flour, mastic paste dough, granulated sugar, 1 egg and room temperature butter and knead a dough that does not stick to the hand.
  3. Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough you have kneaded and place them on a well-oiled tray.
  4. Brush the egg yolk with a brush. Bake in the oven preheated to 185 degrees until golden brown.
  5. Take the baked desserts out of the oven, pour the cooled syrup for 1 – 2 minutes, and let it rest until the syrup is completely absorbed.
  6. Let it rest for at least 1-2 hours and serve when the dessert is well absorbed.
