Almond Milk Recipe

I think one of the best things to make from a nut is almond milk. Since it is lactose-free and gluten-free, many people have started to use it as an alternative to milk in recent years. You can even easily drink it for children with milk allergy if they do not have almond allergies, and you can easily use it for desserts and cakes that you will make for them.
You can also use molasses or honey to sweeten this milk. You can even prepare cocoa almond milk by adding some cocoa if you want.
You can use the remaining almond pulp from the almond milk you have prepared, either directly or by spreading it on a baking tray with greaseproof paper and drying it in the oven.

- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 water glass of water
How to Make Almond Milk Recipe Recipe?
- Take the almonds in a deep bowl and add hot water on top and leave them in water for 5-6 hours.
- Strain the swollen almonds and put them in the bowl of the blender, add 4 glasses of water to the top and run it for 2-3 minutes to break up the almonds and get the milk color.
- Strain the almond milk with the help of a very fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth and serve.
