Meeting today vs. Since there is peace of mind that you will not leave the house for the sake of it, then it is the right time to write a recipe with pleasure.

A medium coffee and 1-2 slices almond butter from the details that will make the day even more beautiful. While preparing this recipe, you should use raw, unroasted almonds. It is not possible to peel the roasted almonds you buy from the market, but you can find unshelled almonds in herbalists. If you can't find it, if you take the unroasted almonds and boil them in hot water for a short time and let them cool, you can see that the shells come off easily when you strain and rub.

Those who want to follow a more practical way can buy almond flour from shops selling cake supplies. This makes the food processor work a little easier and saves you time.

The most important thing to consider when making marzipan is the amount of liquid you use. If you do not add the liquids little by little, it will be almond puree and not solid. For this reason, add it little by little, if you are not sure of its consistency, continue kneading by sprinkling water with your fingertips after taking the almonds you have prepared on the counter.

Another important point is the flavor you will use. Almonds picked at home do not smell like they are prepared, if you like it, use 1 or 2 drops of aroma.

You need a precise knife when slicing the mash. If it is sharp but crushes the almond rolls, slice them while they are stretched and be sure to remove the stretch from each slice.
