Badalan Recipe
Hello Dear Friends,
I think it's been 4-5 years since badalan beans entered our lives. I even cooked it and took a photo of it back then, but it boiled over before I could share it. When I went to the market last week, I bought kidney beans, badalan beans and okra. Obviously, it has been very good for our daily food routine, which has entered a vicious circle. I thought my daughter, who likes meat and dried meat, would like it, but she wasn't quite there :)
You can usually find white beans in the market under the names such as white beans, fresh dried beans, and fresh safflower. I've tried cooking it raw before, but I didn't really like it. Again, I went back to my favorite red kidney beans method and boiled the badalan beans first.
If your tomatoes do not leave much water, you can add less than 1 tea glass of water. It is a delicious, dense dish.
Love…
