After a long break, we fired up our barbecue again💕🔥 My old followers know about our barbecue parties for 200-300 people in the early days of social media 😄 This time I have an extra practical recipe that suits the barbecue pleasure.
Babagannus it has so many names and types that it does not end with writing the cover letter here. I also shot the version that we prepared by roasting with pepper, onion and tomato, but I haven't had the opportunity to share it yet. I think he will meet you after the worst holiday.

Ingredients for Babagannuş Recipe
- 4 eggplants
- 1 teaspoon of tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- olive oil for serving
How to Make Babagannuş Recipe?
- Pierce the eggplants, roast them and put them in a pot with a lid and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Peel off all their skins and finely chop them with a knife, and do the same with the garlic.
- Mix the tahini, lemon juice and salt with the roasted eggplant.
- Serve with olive oil, if desired.
