Ingredients for Babagannuş Recipe

  • 4 eggplants
  • 1 teaspoon of tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil for serving

How to Make Babagannuş Recipe?

  1. Pierce the eggplants, roast them and put them in a pot with a lid and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Peel off all their skins and finely chop them with a knife, and do the same with the garlic.
  3. Mix the tahini, lemon juice and salt with the roasted eggplant.
  4. Serve with olive oil, if desired.
