I love all the appetizers cooked or uncooked but mixed with yogurt 😍 Apple Celery Salad ve celery salad with carrot yogurt I decided to try the celery salad, which I often prepare versions of, this time with half a quince from the shoot. It was really perfect with the unique taste of quince💕

Ingredients for Quince Celery Appetizer Recipe

• 1 medium size celery
• Half of 1 medium-sized quince
• The juice of half a lemon
• 4 tablespoons of strained yogurt
• 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• 1 tea spoon salt
• Walnut
• pomegranate seed

How to Make Quince Celery Appetizer Recipe?

1. Peel and grate the celery and quince.
2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and sprinkle some salt on it so that it does not darken.
3. Add the garlic, yogurt and mayonnaise and mix.
4. Serve with walnuts, pomegranate seeds and olive oil.
