Apple Linden Tea Glad you love it as much as I do. Sage with quince, which I mentioned in my recipe yesterday, is my favorite drink these days.

In the past, all of our houses had a stove, and in winter, there was no shortage of tinkling teapots over the stove. My late grandmother used to put 1 quince in that teapot instead of the lid. While the quince was cooking and softening with the steam of the water, the house smelled like a real house. Now, whenever I put quince on the stove, I think of my grandmother's house smelling like home and the soft quinces that she sliced and gave me.

I will say that tinkling teapots, fragrant smells and peace are never missing from your home.

I'm going to take pictures of the sourdough that my wife entrusted to me.

Love…
